Vincent lin, a 7 yr old little child , who was born in a poor, but happy family, lost his parents in front of his eyes in an accident. He was saved, but became very quiet,sad, cold, never smiles and never talks to anyone.

He was sent to an orphanage. There were so many child in orphanage, but he never talked to anyone, nor smiled. Big guys used to bully him always.

One day, when Vincent got a toy from orphanage guide, big guys bullied him and took away his toy. In this incident, one guy accidentally pushed Vincent into water while snatching the toy and after that they ran away due to fear.

Little Vincent didn't know how to swim. He got drowned into water. But luckily, a handsome, emerald colored merman who lives under water saw him and saved him. After that day, Vincent always came at the seashore to play with merman. Vincent started to smile and talk to merman. He started to recover from the pain and shock of his parents death.

One month passed, merman and Vincent became closer. They were very happy to see other. Merman even took Vincent inside the water to show his world. He also taught Vincent to swim.

But unfortunately, some guys of orphanage told the orphanage guide or incharge about Vincent going out. so, they locked him in the room. He cried so much, he even begged them to let him out, but they didn't.

One day, a young couple came to adopt child, they saw Vincent and decided to adopt him because he was the youngest of all children. Vincent never wanted to get adopted because he knew. if he got adopted, he won't be able to see the Merman.

He wasn't ready to go, so incharge of orphanage threatened him, that he will beat Vincent so much if he didn't go. Vincent started to tremble as he was already beaten so many times by him. so, against his will he had to go.

And finally, Vincent left with his new parents. His new parents, zack gu and lina gu, who were very rich, were nice person. But, Vincent never talked to them. He became quiet again. But they loved him so much, as they didn't had their own child. They provided him with everything. They tried to ask Vincent if something was bothering him, Vincent told them that he wanted to go back, but they said they will give him anything but won't send back.

After that, Vincent locked himself in his room. Two hours passed, his parents started to worry about him. They said they will take him to orphanage, but only once.

Suddenly, Vincent came out with a huge smile on his face. He was looking very happy and he hugged his new parents. His parents became so happy and they looked at each other with a happy look on their face. They took out their luxurious car and took Vincent to orphanage.

After reaching to orphanage, Vincent went to the sea to look for the Merman. He shouted a lot but merman didn't came out. He kept shouting for a long time, but didn't got a single response.

After that he decided not to trust anyone. He said to himself, "After my parents, you betrayed me, I hate you." And tears came down from his eyes.

Returning to his home with his parents,he started to go school from next day. He told his parents about the merman and his story. His parents were a bit shocked,but they still confronted him. He was a very fast learner. He learned everything taught to him in a little time. He became the 1st topper of the whole school. His parents were very proud of him. Not only in studies, but he was the best in piano, guitar, sports, etc. He was very talented.

After passing the high school with 1st rank, he went to the university for graduation. He was very popular among the girls as well as boys, not only in high school, but in this university as well.

A lots of girls and boys proposed to him, but he never accepted anyone's proposal. It's true that he was very handsome, tall, hot, rich, also he was famous for being cruel, cold and rude.As he was growing older, he was getting more cruel and cold. At the age of 22, he completed his graduation from the biggest university of the country.

After completing the university, Vincent's dad told him to handle his company Miracle, but he refused. And went out to bar. He also had the habit of drinking and smoking.

He went to the bar with his buddies. At the bar he saw a guy, whose face resembled the merman, but it wasn't him. After seeing him, Vincent's eyes were full of anger and he lost his temper. He started to beat that guy. His buddies tried to pull him. He was never this fierce. His buddies asked him the reason, but he ignored them and went to the balcony.

It was clear that he still have not forgotten that little merman. He kept drinking.

Next day

Vincent opened his eyes slowly and found himself on his bed. He took a shower and went downstairs. He found that his parents were having breakfast. His parents saw him and wished him good morning. As his parents only child, he was badly spoiled.

During breakfast, his father asked him again to handle the company miracle. Miracle company of his dad was the biggest company in the city. But Vincent still refused. At this time his dad didn't got angry at all, he was smirking. Then his dad told him about a research lab, in which the researchers do their research on mermans and mermaids. He also told him that they have a handsome merman, whose color is emerald. The merman which was friends with Vincent was also emerald in color.

After hearing about the merman lab, Vincent asked his dad that where was that lab located and that he will go there immediately. His dad started to laugh and said, Vincent, "have u heard that there is no free lunch in the world. Vincent understood what his dad wanted to say. Vincent nodded and said " deal".

They took out their car and wen for the lab. After two hours they reached there. Vincent immediately opened the door and ran to the lab. He was very nervous and happy at the same time. He hoped that he will find the his merman. He started to search in the lab, he was searching like crazy.

After searching for half an hour, he finally found a merman. His emerald colored hairs , shinning emerald fins and his handsomeness made Vincent's heart beat faster. He thought his heart was beating faster because he ran, but actually it wasn't the reason. Vincent continuously stared at him and was unable to take off his eye from him. He came back to his senses when his dad called his name several times.

Vincent started to yell that he got his merman. Today he was a totally different person from his usual self. He was acting like a child and he was very happy. He asked his dad, "why isn't my merman opening his eyes?" The researchers around there told him that he is here from a long time. so, he will open his eyes only after taking him to the sea. Vincent asked his dad to take him and his dad agreed and said, "Remember, u will be the new CEO of my Miracle company. " He nodded.

Then they took the merman to the same sea, which is near the orphanage. Vincent looked at his dad and he jumped into the sea with the merman. After a few minutes, the merman opened his eyes slowly. And then he saw a black haired boy hugging him tightly. He tried to push but the boy didn't let him go. He asked, "who? " The boy replied, "your vince".The merman got a bit surprised. He said, " re...really? ". The boy nodded with a smile and suddenly kissed the merman. They kissed each other passionately for about 5 min. Vincent's dad, who was standing on the land got a bit surprised and started to look another way.

Vincent and the merman were very happy to see each other. After looking at each other for a long time, Vincent said, "Ahem..xin, come with me to my world and live with me." Merman said that he can't transform into human. Vincent asked if there was other way with sadness into his eyes. After thinking for a while, merman said that there was a way for him to transform, but it was very risky. Vincent hold the merman(xin's) hand and said, "I don't care what way it is, I will go." Merman's eyes got wide and said "let's go together", with fear in his eyes.
