There are a girl named Rose, she is a graduate of University of S in S city from Manufacturing Engineer Department. After graduation she apply to many company and finally accepted in one company that produce oil and derivatives. She got into soap department as production support administration. Rose is a shy girl, she is not like the other lead role that have easy going for others. Rose is enough with some friends that can understand her and be crazy together and dont like to associate with others that she doesnt need to.

This first new job for her like a whole new world. She doesnt even know that she is going to be place on administration staff that she thought that will be boring, because she has to face computers all day. But after introduction from her collegues, she know that she has to handle all production and administration. Rose was accepted because the one before her got married and want to raise kids. The one before her was Rosalind. Actually after Rosalind there was Linda before Rose, but Linda just works for 3 months, and her boss doesnt like her messy work. These position has some kind of unexpected tradition where almost all the one that accepeted named start with R. The very first one was Mrs. Rachel. She is not in the soap department anymore and was transferred to the planning department. Mrs. Rachel is the oldest that can stay in this position. After Mrs. Rachel, there was Rebecca, Roxanne and Rosalind. Because Linda work just for short then she wasnt included in this tradition. After all that, there are Rose.

The first collegue that teach Rose is older by 7 years with Rose and already work there 7 years in there. Her name is Yoselyn and was called Yosi. She is Rose first friend in the office. She was so nice with Rose and trully a calm girl. Beside Yosi there are Michelle. She is an energetic girl, has loud voices and a really strict person. But Yosi is still the oldest of the girls. Yosi and Michelle is really close and like to hang out when weekend. Rose can't directly blend in with those chit chat conversation, but Yosi always talk to Rose. These 3 staffs has each an assistant. Rose has Emma, Yosi has Anne, and Michelle has Nia. All of them has good relationship and like to hangout sometime outside company. But it doesn't take long, after first six months Rose work there, Michelle had to resign because she had to take care of her sick mother. After Michelle there are Ellaine, she was called Ella. Ella is two years older from Rose. It doesn't take long for Rose and Ella to get close.

These girl has a supervisor named Anthony, but its not really their supervisor because there are different section. Rose is in the first manufacturing area, Ella is in additive area, Anthony is the supervisor of finishing goods area, and there are other supervisor named Mellanie in the packaging area, while Yosi is the trully 100% administration staff. Because of these area, these girl staff is directly under the manager named Bode.

Rose is in charge for raw material process and its administration. Yosi is her teacher for the administration staff. Rose doesn't meet her senior before her, so the task is delivered to Yosi for temporary. And for understanding the area and the process in factory, Yosi tell Rose to ask the field staff. There are 3 field staff named Jun, Zain and Andrew. Jun is the oldest here, he already work in this factory 1 year before Rose was born. He is the most experience one of all workers in there. Beside Jun there is Zain, he already work side by side with Jun but have a year distance for work experience and not really has that spirit to lead others. He likes to pay attention to Jun and ask his opinion. Andrew is the new one, he has big body and often teased by his workers for it. But he is an easy going person and liked by others.

Every week, Rose has to learn the field process from the field staff. Because they work in 3 shifts, so she need 3 week to meet them all and make the summary. After that she report it to her manager to be checked. The checked summary then be given to Rose again because there are some correction from Mr. Bode. After all that introduction, she start to working as usual.

One of her administration job that need to be accomplished is how to correct and simplify the complicated job that she was given. The report about calculation of cost production and production efficiency is so complicated that Rose needs to do some job twice. At first she was afraid to change anything because she just new there. But after asking to her manager and to make her working fast, and accepted, then she can modify it so she can do another job.

After all the work to make the administration work easier, then there is her Factory Manager Mr. Joe that complain about how Rose can't manage the field. She doesn't monitor the quality of the product. Rose has nothing to say about this. This is not in the job introduction, and no one has told her about this. But suddenly she get complained. Rose get difficult to balance her work in office and field. While in field she doesn't have anyone to teach her. All the field staff and the manager doesn't want to teach her. They were offended, because the job to monitor the quality is the staff and manager jobs. They were afraid to teache Rose because she can be Mr. Joe spy. Because of the difficulty of it, Rose decided to let Mr. Joe complain went through and act like nothing happened. Rose wants to work that she was needed. If no one wants her to work something then she won't do it. After that, even though Mr. Joe complain about it again, she ignore him, beside, Mr. Joe is a forgetful too.

Another year has passed. Rose already work 1 year in the factory. She has benefits after work 1 year. One, she get an insurance from her factory. Second, she can get saturday off but just for once a month. All the staffs has this benefits, but not for the assistant, like Emma, Anne and Nia. They are not staffs, so they don't have these benefit. Sometime they are jealous of us, they already work there longer but just because of education condition states that the staff should at least have a degree of bachelor. But its just sometime that they grumble about it.

The oldest one of all assistant is Rose's assistant, Emma. She work there even longer from Mr. Bode. So she is really close with Jun, they grew work together for being the longest in that department. They were the one who experience is really helping Rose to understand anything from the job. Emma's job is to help Rose job whenever she need, or when saturday Rose off work, its Emma's job to replace Rose daily jobs. Emma is a middle aged woman who already has one children. She lived with her family near the factory, and has always been the right hand of Mr. Bode, because she is the longest work there. After there is staff that supervise Emma, Mr. Bode still keep Emma as his right hand to do anything important or even like receive private money for him. Mr. Bode really trust Emma. This makes Emma feels like she in an upper position than any staff there.

This attitude of Emma, makes it really hard for Rose to communicate and order her to do anything. Emma is the experience one, she always told Rose what to do, what not to do and how it should be or why must we not do it. At first, Rose that is so pure always listen to others and always do what Emma told her. But the longer Emma order Rose around, there are more people that scold Rose because she can't do anything well and always troubled others. After that, Rose that can't choose which one to do, decided to do anything by herself. For example, the report that was collected to Emma, supposed to be returned to the one who made it. Rose tell Emma to bring it and give it to them when she do the daily chores in their room. But Emma always complain that it troubling her and why she must do that and ask for them to take it themselves. Wellllll.. Rose just wants the work to be efficient and fast but Emma don't want to do it with illogical reason. So, Rose take it to their room instead of Emma. This kind of thing that come from unprofessional of Emma, makes Rose's job many more to do and seems not important for her. Mr. Bode saw it and complain to Rose because she can't handle her job, can't separate which job that should be delegated or not. Rose always seem to do all and makes her own job failed the deadline.

Rose doesn't like to hear unimportant complain like that, when she thought that its not her fault and because of the condition she had to do it all. After weeks and months doing so, Emma start to be soft to Rose, Emma saw that Rose is a hardworker and can be independent without order Emma around. Afraid of losing her purpose in the office, Emma start to care for Rose and wants to help her just a LITTLE bit. But it still count and help Rose. There are no hard feelings for both of them. But its just because of Rose already used to work and cooperate with others instead with her team.
