Nurse Riya Sharma Role: Staff nurse in Shivam’s department. Relationship: Friendly colleague who playfully teases him. She admires his dedication and secretly thinks he’s too lonely for his own good. Vibe: The cheerful, nosy-but-kind younger sister type who doesn’t fear Shivam’s cold demeanor.
